Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are willing and able to sign a written consent form to take part.
- People who are 18 years of age or older at the time of joining.

- People whose major organ functions (such as kidneys and liver) are working at an acceptable level as determined by the treating doctor.
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have a blockage in their digestive tract.
- People whose reduced appetite or poor eating is caused by a nerve condition, mental health condition, or pain rather than by cancer.
- People who have serious existing conditions affecting the brain and blood vessels, heart, kidneys, or liver.
- People who have had a major surgery or significant physical injury within the past month.
- People who have a known allergy to any ingredient in the study drug.
- People whom the trial doctor considers unsuitable for any other reason.
