Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with hemophilia A or hemophilia B and whose treating doctor has determined they are suitable to receive preventive treatment (prophylaxis).
- People whose treating doctor has prescribed marstacimab for routine preventive treatment, in line with the approved use of the medication.
- People aged 12 years or older (including both adolescents aged 12 to 17 and adults aged 18 and over).
- People who have signed a consent form before the study begins — this can be signed by the participant, a legally authorised representative, or a caregiver who is able to provide consent on their behalf.
Who may not be able to join:
- People who, in the treating doctor's judgement, are unlikely to be able to complete at least one month of follow-up.
- People with severe difficulties with speech, vision, memory, or thinking that would affect their ability to communicate, complete questionnaires, or attend follow-up visits.
- Women of childbearing age who are planning to become pregnant within the next 2 months, or who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
- People who are currently taking part in another clinical trial.
- People who have other conditions that the investigator considers unsuitable for participation in this study (confirm with trial site).
