Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with stomach cancer or cancer at the junction of the stomach and food pipe, confirmed by a laboratory test, where the cancer can be surgically removed and falls within a specific stage range (confirm with trial site for staging details).

- People who have taken medications that suppress the immune system within the 14 days before being assigned to a treatment group in the trial.
- People who have already received any cancer treatment for their current diagnosis.
- People who currently have an infection that requires treatment with medicines given throughout the body (such as antibiotics taken by mouth or through a drip).
- People who have a medical reason that prevents them from safely taking any of the medicines used in this trial.
- People who have had another cancer in the past 5 years that is still active or has needed treatment.
- People who have an autoimmune disease (where the immune system attacks the body) that has needed treatment within the past 2 years.
- People with a known active Hepatitis B or Hepatitis C infection.
- People who have previously received an organ or tissue transplant from another person.
