  • People who have already received any cancer treatment for their current diagnosis.
  • People who currently have an infection that requires treatment with medicines given throughout the body (such as antibiotics taken by mouth or through a drip).
  • People who have a medical reason that prevents them from safely taking any of the medicines used in this trial.
  • People who have had another cancer in the past 5 years that is still active or has needed treatment.
  • People who have an autoimmune disease (where the immune system attacks the body) that has needed treatment within the past 2 years.
  • People with a known active Hepatitis B or Hepatitis C infection.
  • People who have previously received an organ or tissue transplant from another person.
