For Healthy Participants
Who might be able to join this trial:

- You have a history of sensitive skin, or rashes on your head, neck, or ears
- You have a known allergy to silver
- You have been treated for an ear infection in the past four weeks
- You take medications that could interfere with EEG brain testing (confirm with trial site)
For Participants with Seizures or Suspected Temporal Lobe Seizures
Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are between 18 and 70 years old
- You have been scheduled for a clinical EEG test for seizures or suspected temporal lobe seizures, as documented by a neurologist
- Your overall health is considered stable in the opinion of the lead study doctor
- Your vital signs, temperature, and blood pressure are within normal ranges
- You are able to read and write in English
- You are able to understand and sign a consent form on your own
Who may not be able to join:
- You have any significant problems with your skull or ears that could affect EEG testing (confirm with trial site)
- You have a history of sensitive skin, or rashes on your head, neck, or ears
- You have a known allergy to silver
- You have been treated for an ear infection in the past four weeks
- You are currently taking part in another medical research study
- You have an uncontrolled psychiatric condition such as depression, mood disorders, cognitive impairment, or schizophrenia, that could affect the EEG test results
