Who might be able to join this trial:

- People who have had at least one organ system begin to fail within the first 24 hours of being admitted to an intensive care unit (ICU), as measured by a standard medical scoring tool (confirm with trial site)

- People for whom being placed face-down (prone positioning) is not medically safe
- People for whom tube feeding (nutrition delivered directly into the digestive system) cannot be started within the first 48 hours due to a medical reason that makes it unsafe
- People who are not expected to survive beyond 48 hours
- People who are pregnant
