Who might be able to join this trial:

  • Your cancer must show signs of a specific protein called FAP (fibroblast activation protein), confirmed through a scan or clinical assessment.
  • You must have a confirmed diagnosis of one of these cancer types: pancreatic cancer (adenocarcinoma), hormone receptor-positive/HER2-negative breast cancer, HER2-positive breast cancer, triple negative breast cancer, platinum-resistant or treatment-resistant ovarian cancer (including a type called ovarian carcinosarcoma), or certain other solid tumors including stomach cancer, colorectal cancer, esophageal cancer, or bile duct cancer (cholangiocarcinoma).
  • You must have already received a certain number of prior cancer treatments depending on your cancer type and which part of the trial you are entering (confirm with trial site for the specific number that applies to your situation).
  • You must be well enough to carry out light activity and care for yourself — scored 0 or 1 on a standard health scale used in cancer trials (confirm with trial site).
  • Your kidneys must be working well enough, shown by a specific blood or urine test result (confirm with trial site).

Who may not be able to join:

  • People who have active cancer that has spread to the brain or the lining around the brain and spine.
  • People who have serious heart disease or heart problems.
  • People whose heart rhythm test (ECG) shows a certain abnormality beyond a specific measurement level (confirm with trial site).
  • People who have a blockage in their urinary tract that is not being treated.
  • People who have previously had radiation therapy covering half or all of their body.
  • People who have previously received a type of treatment where immune cells (T-cells) were modified and put back into the body, such as CAR-T therapy.
  • People who are unable to lie still or cannot tolerate certain types of medical scans, including SPECT, PET, CT, or MRI scans.
