  • You have been diagnosed with lactose intolerance
  • You have used medications that affect gut movement or fiber supplements within the 2 weeks before the trial starts
  • You are taking blood-thinning (anti-coagulant) medication
  • You have taken part in another clinical trial within the last 3 months
