• People who are unable to provide written consent to participate
• People who have an unstable medical condition at the time of the trial
• People with severely reduced kidney function (a measure called eGFR at or below 30 mL/min/1.73m²), or who have a known allergy or medical reason to avoid the dye used in CT scans
• People with any other medical condition or treatment that the trial doctor believes could interfere with the trial's results or process
• People who are unable or unwilling to follow the trial's requirements, or who the trial doctor considers unsuitable for the study
