Who might be able to join this trial:

• Men who weigh at least 50 kg and women who weigh at least 45 kg, with a body mass index (BMI) between 20 and just under 28 kg/m², measured at both the screening visit and on Day 21 of the study.

Who may not be able to join:

• People who have a history of allergies to the study drug (CX11), similar compounds, or its ingredients, or who have a history of conditions involving frequent or widespread allergic reactions.
• People who have had a significant sudden illness during the screening period or within the 2 weeks before the first dose of the study drug.
• People who have existing conditions affecting the stomach, gut, liver, or kidneys in ways that could change how a drug moves through the body, or who are planning to have surgery during the study period.
• People who have any significant ongoing health condition affecting the lungs, heart, urinary system, blood, hormone systems, immune system, or digestive system — including a history of or current fatty liver disease.
• People who have a history of thyroid problems requiring medication, or whose thyroid hormone levels fall outside the normal range at screening or on Day 21.
• People who have received a vaccine within 30 days before screening, or who plan to receive a vaccine during the study.
• People who have taken part in another clinical trial and received an experimental treatment within the past 90 days — or within 5 half-lives of that treatment, whichever period is longer — before screening.
