Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with both Type 2 Diabetes and sarcopenia (a condition involving loss of muscle mass and strength).
- People who are currently taking diabetes tablets (oral medication) on a stable, ongoing basis.

- People who have end-stage kidney disease (where the kidneys have largely stopped working).
- People who have serious ongoing health conditions or diabetes-related complications, including active foot ulcers related to diabetes, limb amputation, a recent heart attack, severe nerve damage affecting automatic body functions, or a stroke within the past 3 years.

Physical Function (5TSTS); Handgrip Strength (HGS); Skeletal Muscle Mass Index (SMI); Sarcopenia Risk: Assessed using the Strength, Assistance with walking, Rise from a chair, Climb stairs, and Falls (SARC-F) questionnaire combined with calf circumference measurement (SARC-CalF).
