Who might be able to join this trial:

- People who are currently taking steroid tablets (oral corticosteroids), or who are expected to need them during the trial
- People with severe liver disease, based on certain liver enzyme levels measured by a blood test (confirm with trial site)
- People with severely reduced kidney function or kidney failure, based on a specific kidney filtration measurement (confirm with trial site)
- People with any other condition that the trial investigator considers would make participation unsuitable — for example, a history of serious eye injury or eye disease affecting vision, difficulty understanding or communicating, or a diagnosed psychiatric condition
