Who might be able to join this trial:

• People aged between 18 and 85 years old
• People who have been diagnosed with a neurological condition, such as epilepsy, a brain tumour, or a movement disorder
• People who have been diagnosed with a psychiatric condition, such as a substance use disorder
• People who are receiving medical or surgical treatment for a neurological condition, including a procedure called Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS)

Who may not be able to join:

• People who have had a stroke in the past
• People who also have a diagnosis of dementia
• People who scored below 22 on a standard memory and thinking test called the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA)
• People who have an implanted heart device, such as a pacemaker or a defibrillator (ICD)
• People who have metal implants in their body that are not safe to use alongside the brain stimulation or scanning techniques used in this trial (confirm with trial site)
• People who are pregnant
• People whose depression or psychiatric condition, in the opinion of the trial doctor, may affect their ability to understand or follow the study procedures
• People who are taking psychiatric medications or recreational substances that, in the opinion of the trial doctor, may affect safety during the study
• People who have a serious illness or active infection
