Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are willing and able to sign a written consent form agreeing to take part
- You are between 18 and 45 years old

Who may not be able to join:
- Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, post-menopausal, or planning to become pregnant during the study
- Anyone who has taken antibiotics in the three months before the study starts
- Anyone currently taking certain medications (such as anti-inflammatory drugs, antacids, blood pressure medicines, steroids, laxatives, blood thinners, or immunosuppressants) — though some exceptions may apply if your dose has been stable for at least two months (confirm with trial site)
- Anyone with a current or recent history of drug or alcohol misuse
- Anyone who regularly drinks more than two alcoholic drinks per day (more than 28g of alcohol daily)
- Anyone who follows a vegetarian or vegan diet
- Anyone who typically eats more than 30g of dietary fibre per day
- Anyone who has made major changes to their diet in the three months before the study
- Anyone planning significant changes to their diet, exercise habits, or travel plans during the study
- Anyone with a clinically diagnosed eating disorder
- Anyone with a food allergy or intolerance (such as to eggs, gluten, nuts, or dairy) that would prevent them from eating the study foods
- Anyone with an active digestive (gastrointestinal) condition or who has had digestive surgery in the past
- Anyone with a significant ongoing or long-term illness, including conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, Crohn's disease, IBS, cancer, HIV, or other serious health conditions
- Anyone with a severely weakened immune system (for example, due to HIV, an organ transplant, long-term steroid use, or recent chemotherapy or radiotherapy)
- Anyone with a serious or end-stage disease affecting major organs
- Anyone with active breathing or heart problems
- Anyone who has recently experienced unexplained weight loss, rectal bleeding, sudden changes in bowel habits, or severe stomach pain in the three months before the study
- Anyone the study doctor feels is unlikely to be able to follow the study requirements
- Anyone currently taking part in another experimental drug study, or who has completed another trial within the last 30 days
- Anyone who regularly does intense or vigorous exercise
- Anyone who currently smokes or vapes
