- You are severely malnourished
- You have a joint or muscle condition that your oncologist feels would make participation unsafe
- You have serious lung problems that require you to use long-term oxygen therapy
- You have diabetes with an open sore or ulcer on your foot
- You have a wound or pressure sore that is not healing
- You have had a bone fracture recently that has not fully healed
- You are already taking part in another clinical trial that involves a treatment or intervention

Primary endpoints
adherence to the adapted physical activity (APA) program by the percentage of patients who completed 75% of the weekly sessions of the APA program with a heart rate (HR) between 40 and 60% of their reserve HR for 20-40 minutes.; evolution of fatigue in patients who are participating in an APA program by the difference in Multidimensional Fatigue Inventory (MFI-20) questionnaire scores (20 items) between the first and last visit at 3 months.
