Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You are generally able to carry out daily activities and care for yourself with little or no limitation (doctors use a scale called ECOG to measure this, and a score of 0 or 1 is needed).
  • You have been diagnosed with one of the following cancers, confirmed by a tissue or biopsy test: small cell lung cancer (SCLC), high-grade neuroendocrine or small cell cancers from outside the lung, non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), prostate cancer, ovarian cancer, kidney cancer (clear cell or non-clear cell), head and neck squamous cell cancer, liver cancer, stomach cancer, or triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC).
  • Your cancer has gotten worse, come back, or you were unable to tolerate at least one previous standard treatment for your cancer.
  • Your cancer can be measured on scans using a standard medical measuring system (confirm with trial site).

Who may not be able to join:

  • You have a medical or mental health condition that the trial doctor believes could put you at risk or affect your ability to take part safely.
  • You have brain or spinal cord spread of cancer that is causing symptoms, or you are currently taking steroids or anti-seizure medicines for brain metastases — though stable brain metastases with no treatment needed for at least one month may be acceptable (confirm with trial site).
  • You have an active, serious infection that required antibiotic, antiviral, or antifungal treatment within the 7 days before your first dose of the trial treatment.
  • You have significant heart problems (confirm with trial site for details on what qualifies).
  • You have had major surgery within 28 days before starting the trial treatment.
