- You have taken part in another structured weight loss program or clinical trial in the last 6 months that could affect the results.
- You are currently pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study.
- You are currently using another experimental weight loss device or medication.
- You have been diagnosed with an eating disorder (such as anorexia, bulimia, or binge eating disorder) or another psychiatric condition that could affect your ability to follow the program, as decided by the study team.
- You have serious heart, liver, kidney, or lung disease that would make it difficult to do moderate exercise or change your diet.
- You have been receiving treatment for cancer (such as chemotherapy, radiation, or surgery) within the past 12 months.
- You have had a problem with substance use or alcohol dependency within the past 12 months.
- You have a cognitive impairment or any condition that would make it hard to understand or follow the study instructions.
- You do not have reliable internet or smartphone access, or you are not willing to use a mobile app for tracking and communication.
