- People who have difficulty with thinking, memory, or communication, or who are unable to communicate in writing or by speaking
For healthcare workers:
- Healthcare workers who do not have direct, hands-on contact with patients
- Healthcare workers who are currently enrolled in formal training or continuing education programs
