Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with advanced stomach cancer that has spread to other parts of the body, confirmed by scans (such as CT or PET-CT), and your doctors have recommended a treatment plan that combines chemotherapy and immunotherapy.
- You are between 18 and 70 years old (any gender).
- You are able to eat by mouth or receive liquid food through a tube placed through your nose into your stomach.
- You are willing to take part in this study and have signed the consent form agreeing to participate.
- You do not currently have any other type of cancer alongside your stomach cancer.
Who may not be able to join:
- You have a cognitive condition or mental health disorder that makes it difficult for you to understand the study or agree to take part in an informed way.
- You have been diagnosed with Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes.
- You have serious gut or digestive problems, such as severe diarrhoea, persistent vomiting, serious difficulty absorbing nutrients, a bowel blockage, or active bleeding in your digestive system.
- You have a known allergy or sensitivity to any of the main ingredients in the special nutritional powder being studied (confirm with trial site).
- You are currently taking other nutritional supplements that could interfere with the study results.
- You are unable to tolerate the combined chemotherapy and immunotherapy treatment, or you have experienced severe digestive side effects from this type of treatment.
