Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged between 18 and 75 years old, of any gender
- People who have received a first-time diagnosis in the last three months of either chronic non-atrophic gastritis (a type of stomach inflammation), precancerous changes in the stomach lining, or stomach cancer
- People who have clear test results showing whether or not they have a stomach bacteria called Helicobacter pylori (Hp)
- People who are in a stable mental state and are able to complete a questionnaire survey on their own

- People who have a history of cancer in any other part of the body
- People who have previously had surgery on the upper digestive tract, or have previously received chemotherapy or radiotherapy
- People with serious conditions affecting major organs such as the heart, lungs, liver, or kidneys
- People who are currently receiving psychological therapy or taking medication for a mental health condition
- People who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- People whose medical or questionnaire records have significant gaps or missing information
- People who are not willing to sign the trial consent form
