Who might be able to join this trial:

  • Your body mass index (BMI) must be between 18 and 32 (a measure of weight relative to height)

Who may not be able to join:

  • You have a known allergy, or the research team suspects you may be allergic to any ingredient in the study drug
  • You have taken immune-suppressing, immune-modifying, or cell-killing medications in the past 6 months, or received a live vaccine in the past month
  • You had an infection in the past 2 weeks that needed intravenous (IV) antibiotics, or you currently have an infection that requires treatment
  • You have been diagnosed with, or are suspected of having, advanced liver disease where the liver is no longer working properly (decompensated cirrhosis)
  • You have or have had a cancerous tumour
  • You have a serious condition affecting your heart, lungs, kidneys, blood, metabolism, immune system, mental health, or nervous system
  • You test positive for hepatitis C, HIV, or syphilis (based on specific blood tests)
  • You are currently breastfeeding or your pregnancy test comes back positive during screening
  • The research team has any other concern that they feel makes you unsuitable for the study (confirm with trial site)
