Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are a Japanese male or female patient between 2 and 17 years old at the time of agreeing to join the trial
- You have been diagnosed with epilepsy with a specific type of seizure (called focal onset seizures) that has not been fully controlled by medication for at least 6 months before joining

- You have been diagnosed with a specific severe form of epilepsy called Lennox-Gastaut syndrome
- You have a history of a serious allergic skin reaction to a medication, such as Stevens-Johnson syndrome or a similar severe drug reaction, that required a hospital stay (confirm with trial site)
