Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 19 years or older
- People with a general health and activity level rated as 0, 1, or 2 on a standard oncology scale (called ECOG Performance Status), meaning they are able to carry out at least some daily activities
- People who have been confirmed through laboratory testing to have a type of stomach cancer called gastric adenocarcinoma

- People who have already completed 3 or more rounds of a first-line treatment combining standard cancer therapy with immunotherapy, and whose cancer has not worsened during that time
- People who have at least one tumour lesion that the medical team considers safe to treat with radiation, as assessed using standard measurement criteria (RECIST v1.1)
- People who have given voluntary written consent to participate in the trial
Who may not be able to join:
- People who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding
- People whose cancer has spread to the brain or to the lining surrounding the brain and spinal cord
- People who have previously received radiation therapy to the area being targeted in this trial
- People with serious uncontrolled health conditions — such as an active uncontrolled infection, heart failure, irregular heart rhythm, or a significant psychiatric illness — that the treating doctor believes would interfere with participation
- People who are unable or unwilling to follow the procedures required by the study
- People whom the principal investigator or treating doctor considers unsuitable for the trial for any other reason (confirm with trial site)
