For children:

  • Children who are male, female, or non-binary, between 8 and 12 years old

Who may not be able to join:

For children:

  • Children who have started a new mental health or behaviour support program within the 30 days before the trial begins
  • Children who have physically hurt a peer outside the home (not a sibling) within the 30 days before screening — other significant behavioural concerns will be reviewed individually by the study team (confirm with trial site)
  • Children who have another serious psychiatric condition that would need a different type of treatment
  • Children who have a major sensory impairment, such as blindness or uncorrected hearing loss, that would limit their ability to take part in the sessions

For caregivers:
