Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who have been diagnosed with a type of cancer called a gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumour (GEP-NET), recorded in medical records at some point between 1 January 2018 and 31 December 2025.
• People who started a first course of treatment for GEP-NET — such as certain hormone-like drugs, targeted medicines, a type of radiation therapy, or chemotherapy — on or after the date their diagnosis was first recorded.
• People who were 18 years of age or older when they started that first treatment.
• People whose health insurance or medical records show continuous coverage for at least 12 months before their treatment start date, with medical or pharmacy claims spread across that period (confirm with trial site).
• People whose health records show at least one month of data after their treatment start date, including records from the pharmacy or prescribing doctor who provided the GEP-NET treatment (confirm with trial site).

Who may not be able to join:

• People whose records show signs of GEP-NET before the date their diagnosis was first officially recorded within the study period.
• People whose records show they received GEP-NET treatment before the date their first treatment was officially recorded within the study period.
• People whose age or sex is missing or recorded incorrectly in their medical records.
• People who had another separate primary cancer diagnosed in the 12 months before their GEP-NET treatment start date.
• People whose records contain an invalid death date — for example, where the recorded date of death is listed as the same day as or earlier than their treatment start date.
