Who might be able to join this trial:

  • People who have been diagnosed with a condition that affects red blood cells, such as sickle cell anaemia or poikilocytosis (confirm with trial site)
  • People who are currently living with any heart or blood vessel disease that would make it unsafe for them to participate in exercise
  • People who are currently taking a medication that would interfere with the ability of a heart rate monitor to accurately measure exercise intensity
