Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged between 21 and 65 years old at the time of screening
- People who have been diagnosed with epilepsy that has not responded well to medication, with an average of 4 or more seizures per month
- People who are able to give their own consent to participate, or who have a legal representative who can give consent on their behalf
- People who are willing to have a brain MRI scan
- People who are able and willing to wear a headband throughout the treatment period

- People who have had a type of brain surgery that removes or opens part of the skull (craniotomy), or who have certain abnormal structures in the brain such as unusual blood vessel formations, in the area where the ultrasound treatment would be directed
- People who are pregnant, breastfeeding, trying to become pregnant, or who are not willing to use birth control during the study
- People who have a condition or abnormality that the trial doctor believes could affect their safety or the reliability of the study results (confirm with trial site)
- People who have any unstable medical or mental health condition
- People who have any reason they cannot safely have a brain MRI scan
- People who show signs of another significant neurological condition at screening, including Alzheimer's disease, frontotemporal dementia, Huntington's disease, ALS (motor neurone disease), or multiple sclerosis
