  • People who have a condition or abnormality that the trial doctor believes could affect their safety or the reliability of the study results (confirm with trial site)
  • People who have any unstable medical or mental health condition
  • People who have any reason they cannot safely have a brain MRI scan
  • People who show signs of another significant neurological condition at screening, including Alzheimer's disease, frontotemporal dementia, Huntington's disease, ALS (motor neurone disease), or multiple sclerosis
