Who may be able to join

AI generated eligibility summary. Written by an AI model from the official source data and checked on a sample basis. It can contain mistakes, so confirm anything important against the original source. How we use AI

Who might be able to join this trial:

  • People who are 18 years of age or older at the time of signing the consent form
  • People who have a solid tumour that has been confirmed by laboratory testing of a tissue or cell sample, and that cannot be surgically removed, has come back, has spread locally, or has spread to other parts of the body
  • People whose cancer shows measurable signs of disease based on specific imaging standards, as assessed by the trial site

Who may not be able to join:

  • People who have been diagnosed with a condition that weakens the immune system
  • People who have previously had a stem cell, bone marrow, or organ transplant
  • People with a known history of HIV infection
  • People with an active or ongoing hepatitis B or hepatitis C infection
  • People who have an autoimmune disease (not caused by immunotherapy) that has needed medical treatment — such as steroids or immune-suppressing drugs — within the past 2 years
  • People who have a history of lung inflammation (not caused by infection) that needed steroid treatment, or who currently have active lung inflammation or scarring of the lung tissue
  • People whose cancer has spread in a way that the trial doctor believes could cause life-threatening complications in the near future, such as large uncontrolled fluid build-ups, cancer spreading through the lung's lymph vessels, or more than half of the liver being affected
  • People with currently active cancer that has spread to the brain or the lining around the brain — though people with previously treated brain metastases may still be considered if scans show the cancer has been stable for at least 2 weeks, they are doing well clinically, and they have not needed steroid treatment for at least 14 days before starting the trial (confirm with trial site)
  • People who have had a separate, second cancer diagnosed within the past 3 years — though certain exceptions may apply for some low-risk or localised skin cancers and other specific situations (confirm with trial site)
  • People with a known mental health condition or substance use disorder that could make it difficult to follow the requirements of the trial
