Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults aged 18 or older
- People who have been diagnosed with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (RRMS), confirmed using recognised diagnostic guidelines (the 2017 or 2024 McDonald criteria)
- People who have already completed 4 or more 6-monthly treatment cycles of ocrelizumab (given either by drip or injection under the skin), following approved UK prescribing guidelines

- People whose most recent brain scan (MRI) shows new lesions compared to an earlier scan taken at least 3 months before, while they were already on ocrelizumab
- People who are currently taking other medications that suppress the immune system alongside ocrelizumab
- People who have any condition or circumstance that would prevent them from having regular MRI scans during the trial
- People who are pregnant or who plan to become pregnant during the study period
