Who might be able to join this trial:

• The person joining must be willing and able to give their agreement to take part, or a family member, friend, or carer is willing to provide advice on their behalf if they cannot do so themselves.

• People who have at least one rehabilitation goal focused on managing pain caused by muscle stiffness.

Who may not be able to join:

• People who have received Botulinum Toxin or cryoneurolysis treatment within the past 90 days.
• People who have Raynaud's syndrome (a condition affecting blood flow to the fingers and toes in response to cold).
• People who have cryoglobulinaemia (a blood condition where certain proteins clump together in the cold).
• People who have cold urticaria (a skin reaction, such as hives, triggered by cold temperatures).
• People who have a bleeding disorder.
• People who have been prescribed or are taking a type of antibiotic known as aminoglycosides.
• People who have an active infection at or near the area where treatment would be given.
• People whose dose of oral muscle-relaxing medication is planned to change during the trial period.
• People who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the trial.
• People who have a planned surgical procedure or other treatment requiring general anaesthetic scheduled during the trial.
• People who have another significant medical condition that, in the trial doctor's judgement, could put them at risk or affect the trial's results.
• People who are currently taking part in another clinical trial may not be eligible if the trial doctor believes this could affect the results of either study.
