Who might be able to join this trial:
- You must be 18 years old or older.
- You must be well enough to carry out some daily activities — your overall health level is measured on a standard scale, and you need to meet a minimum threshold (confirm with trial site).
- You must meet at least one of the following conditions: you have been exposed to HIV, KSHV, or HPV; you have tested positive for HIV; you have tested positive for KSHV (a herpes virus linked to certain cancers); you have tested positive for EBV (the virus that causes mono); or you have tested positive for HTLV-1 (a virus that can affect the immune system).
- If you have previously tested positive for any of these viruses, or have had a related condition such as Kaposi's sarcoma, a type of lymphoma called primary effusion lymphoma, or a condition called Multicentric Castleman's disease, this also counts toward eligibility.
- You have a cancer, Multicentric Castleman's disease, or skin lesions that look like they could be Kaposi's sarcoma.
- You have abnormal cell changes in the cervix or the anal area (precancerous lesions).
- You are able to understand the study information and are willing to sign a consent form agreeing to take part.
