Who might be able to join this trial:

- People who are currently pregnant or have been pregnant in the past 12 months
- People who would not be able to complete the main parts of data collection for the study
- People who are not fluent in English or Spanish
- People whose family plans to move away from any participating trial location (note: transfer to another participating site may be possible if a family moves)
- People with moderate to severe heart structure problems present from birth
- People with a genetic condition that affects the brain or nervous system (for example, Down syndrome)
- People with a history of severe to profound intellectual disability, meaning an IQ below 40, major difficulties with everyday functioning, or inability to carry out basic self-care independently
- For Cohort 3 specifically: children who are expected to need kidney replacement therapy (such as dialysis or a transplant) within 6 months of joining the study
