Who might be able to join this trial:
- People with a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 25 or higher (this means being overweight or obese by standard medical measurement)

- People with digestive or gut conditions such as Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, coeliac disease, or an active stomach ulcer
- People with ongoing unstable health conditions such as hepatitis, kidney problems, cancer treated within the last 5 years, or nervous system disorders
- People whose answers on an alcohol screening questionnaire (called the AUDIT) score 8 or higher
- People with current use of substances such as amphetamines, cocaine, heroin, or marijuana
- People who currently use tobacco products above a very low level, as measured by a specific nicotine dependence screening tool (a score greater than 2)
- Women who have gone through menopause or are showing signs of approaching menopause (such as hot flushes, irregular periods starting after age 40, or certain hormone levels above a set threshold after age 40)
- People with any condition that makes MRI scanning unsafe, such as having a pacemaker, metal in the head, significant claustrophobia, or holes in the skull from injury or surgery
- People with any other condition that, in the opinion of the trial investigators, could interfere with the study or pose a safety risk (confirm with trial site)
