Who might be able to join this trial:

  • People who have a suspected or confirmed diagnosis of a high-grade or low-grade brain tumour (glioma), or whose tumour is suspected to have a specific genetic change called an IDH mutation
  • People who may be receiving radiation therapy as part of their treatment

  • People with severe claustrophobia that would prevent them from having an MRI scan

  • People who have any medical device or condition that makes having an MRI scan unsafe — for example, a pacemaker, a certain type of surgical clip in the brain (aneurysm clip), or a tissue expander
  • People who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding
  • People who are unable to cooperate with the requirements of an MRI scan or radiation therapy planning
