Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with a type of tumor confirmed by a tissue sample (biopsy) called PPB (pleuropulmonary blastoma) and/or another tumor linked to a gene called DICER1
- You have a known or suspected change (variant) in the DICER1 gene
- You have been diagnosed with one or more of a specific list of rare tumors that may be linked to the DICER1 gene — including PPB, cystic nephroma, certain ovarian tumors, eye tumors (ocular medulloepithelioma), nasal tumors, Wilms tumor, certain muscle tumors, brain tumors, pituitary tumors, or thyroid cancer — regardless of your family history
- You are a family member (such as a parent, sibling, child, or other relative) of someone who has one of these conditions, even if you yourself are not affected
- People of any age are welcome, including newborns of affected individuals
- Previous treatments of any kind are allowed
- You or your parent/legal guardian are able and willing to give consent to take part
Who may not be able to join:
- People whose reported diagnosis cannot be confirmed or verified by medical records or tissue samples
