- You must be between 9 and 21 years old and already taking part in the FORBOW (Families Overcoming Risks and Building Opportunities for Well-Being) study.
- You must show at least one of the following: experiences that feel like psychosis (such as unusual perceptions or beliefs), certain early warning mental health signs, anxiety, or frequent mood swings (confirm with trial site for exact details).
Who may not be able to join:
- You have already been diagnosed with a serious mental illness, such as schizophrenia, a psychotic disorder, bipolar disorder, or severe depression.
- You have had more than 3 sessions of structured talking therapy (such as CBT or a similar organised therapy programme) in the past 12 months.
- You do not have a strong enough understanding of English to be able to benefit from the programme.
