Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with a disease affecting the retina or the layer of blood vessels beneath the retina (called the choroid) in at least one eye
Who may not be able to join:
- You are not able to give your consent to take part in the study
- You are not able to complete all the required study tests within a 30-day period
- You have serious kidney disease, meaning you have needed dialysis or a kidney transplant due to long-term kidney failure
- You have a health condition that the study doctor believes would make it unsafe or unsuitable for you to participate, such as unstable blood pressure, heart disease, or poorly controlled blood sugar
- Your blood pressure is too high (above 180 on the top number or above 110 on the bottom number) — however, if medication brings it below these levels, you may still be eligible
- You are a woman who could become pregnant and are currently pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant within the next 12 months, due to uncertainties about the safety of one of the imaging procedures used in this study
- You are not able to keep your eye still and focused during eye scans (confirm with trial site)
- You have an eye condition that the study doctor believes could change your vision during the study, such as a cataract
- You have a significant cataract that the study doctor believes is likely to reduce your vision considerably (to 20/40 or worse)
- You have cloudiness or another problem in the eye that prevents you from focusing or stops the study team from getting clear images of your eye
