Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are willing and able to sign a consent form and follow all study procedures
- You are 18 years old or older
- For solid tumour patients (Group A): You have been diagnosed (confirmed by lab testing) with an advanced or spreading cancer that cannot be surgically removed, specifically one of these types: triple-negative breast cancer, lung adenocarcinoma, ovarian cancer, pancreatic cancer, colorectal cancer, stomach cancer, prostate cancer, bladder cancer, or uterine cancer
- For blood/lymph cancer patients (Group B): You have been diagnosed (confirmed by lab testing) with a returning or treatment-resistant lymphoma, specifically: CLL/SLL, mantle cell lymphoma, or diffuse large B cell lymphoma
- For Group A: Standard treatments no longer exist, are no longer working, or are not tolerable or available to you, and your disease can be measured or tracked
- For Group B: You have at least one tumour that can be measured on a scan (CT or MRI), or for CLL patients with no measurable tumours on scans, a specific level of abnormal blood cells is present (confirm with trial site)
- You are able to provide a stored tumour tissue sample taken within the last 2 years, or you are willing to have a fresh biopsy taken if no recent sample is available
- You are in good general health and able to carry out everyday activities with little or no limitation (a standard health scale called ECOG 0 or 1)
- Your organs (such as liver, kidneys, and heart) are functioning well enough to participate
- Any side effects from previous cancer treatments have cleared up or recovered sufficiently
Who may not be able to join:
- You have previously been treated with any drug that targets a protein called ROR1
- You have had a severe immune-related reaction (Grade 4) to a previous cancer treatment, or had to stop a previous treatment because of immune-related side effects
- You have a cancer that started in the brain or spinal cord, or you currently have symptoms from cancer that has spread to the brain — though some patients with brain spread from solid tumours may still be eligible if certain conditions are met (confirm with trial site)
- You have received cancer treatment or radiation therapy too recently before starting the study (confirm exact timing with trial site)
- You currently misuse alcohol, cannabis products, or other drugs
