Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are 18 years of age or older
- You have been through a traumatic event (as defined by standard mental health guidelines)
- You have been having roughly at least one nightmare per week over the past month
- You are able to read and speak English
Who may not be able to join:
- You are 17 years old or younger
- You are currently experiencing severe symptoms of psychosis (such as hallucinations or losing touch with reality)

- You are currently having thoughts of ending your life
