Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been having nightmares at least once a week for the past month
- People who have been formally diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder (Type I or Type II)
- People who have experienced a traumatic event that happened at least one month ago
- People who have been on stable medication for their bipolar disorder for at least two months
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have experienced a traumatic event within the last month
- People who have an intellectual disability
- People who have had a manic or hypomanic episode (an unusually high or energised mood state) within the last three months
- People who have attempted suicide or been hospitalised within the last three months
- People who currently have, or have had an untreated substance use disorder (such as problems with alcohol or drugs) within the past six months
