Who might be able to join this trial:
For people with urothelial (bladder/urinary tract) cancer:
- Adults aged 18 or older who have been diagnosed with, or are suspected to have, urothelial cancer and need some form of medical procedure as part of their diagnosis, treatment, or follow-up care.
- People who are reasonably well and able to carry out some daily activities (a general health score of 0–3, confirm with trial site).

For healthy volunteers:

Who may not be able to join:
For people with urothelial cancer:
- People who are currently pregnant.
- People whose other health conditions mean they cannot safely have a medical procedure, including those currently receiving treatment for another cancer (not counting certain skin cancers).
- People who have a history of hepatitis B, hepatitis C, or HIV.
For healthy volunteers:
- People who are currently pregnant.
- People who have been diagnosed with a cancer that requires treatment, other than minor removal of certain common skin cancers.
- People with heart, lung, kidney disease, or other significant health conditions (as decided by the lead doctor on the trial).
- People who have a history of hepatitis B, hepatitis C, or HIV infection.
- Healthy volunteers who are family members known to carry certain inherited genetic mutations (confirm with trial site).
