Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who have been newly diagnosed with AML (a type of blood cancer called Acute Myeloid Leukaemia)

• People whose AML has come back after previous treatment (relapsed), whose AML developed as a result of another condition (secondary AML), or who have a related blood cancer called APL
• People whose leukaemia is known to have spread outside the bone marrow
• People who are pregnant or who test positive on a pregnancy test
• People under 18 years of age
• People who weigh more than 400 pounds (approximately 181 kilograms)
• People with uncontrolled diabetes
• People with significant cognitive impairment, or people who are currently prisoners
• People whose kidneys are not working well enough, based on a specific blood test result showing an eGFR below 30 (confirm with trial site)
