"Who might be able to join this trial:
- The person must be willing and able to provide written consent to participate.
- The person must be 18 years of age or older.
- The person must have previously had surgery to remove a glioblastoma (a type of brain tumour), confirmed by laboratory testing of the tissue.
- The person must have already received standard radiation therapy for their glioblastoma, with or without a chemotherapy drug called temozolomide.

- The MRI must show no tumour activity in the areas of the brain responsible for speech or primary movement.

- The MRI must show no spread of the tumour to the fluid-filled spaces in the brain, no tumour in multiple separate locations, no spread along the lining of the brain or spinal cord, and no spread to the opposite side of the brain.
- The person must have no medical reasons that would make surgery unsafe.
- The person must have a good general level of physical functioning, as measured by a standard medical scale (a score of 70 or above on the Karnofsky Performance Scale).
