Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with one of the following conditions: radiologically isolated syndrome (RIS), clinically isolated syndrome (CIS), relapsing-remitting Multiple Sclerosis (RRMS), secondary-progressive MS (SPMS), primary-progressive MS (PPMS), neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD), or myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein antibody-associated disease (MOGAD) — if you are unsure which of these applies to you, confirm with your doctor or the trial site.
- You are willing and able to attend hospital visits every 6 or 12 months for at least 5 years, with some flexibility in scheduling (within about 45 days of the planned date).
- You are willing to give blood samples every 6 or 12 months, either during your hospital visit or close to it (within about 8 days).
- You are willing to have an optional brain MRI scan once a year as part of the study.
