  • People aged 18 or older
  • People who have health insurance coverage
  • People who have signed a consent form agreeing to participate

Cohort 2 – Advanced lung cancer with specific genetic changes:

  • People who have been diagnosed with advanced non-small-cell lung cancer (stage IIIB or IV) that has one of these specific genetic changes: EGFR, BRAF, or HER2 mutations; ALK or ROS1 gene rearrangements; MET gene amplification; or RET rearrangement

  • People aged 18 or older
  • People who have health insurance coverage
  • People who have signed a consent form agreeing to participate

Cohort 3 – Advanced lung cancer starting immunotherapy:

  • People who have been diagnosed with advanced non-small-cell lung cancer (stage IIIB or IV), regardless of genetic mutation status or a marker called PD-L1
  • People who are being enrolled at the point when they are starting immunotherapy treatment (either as their first or second treatment)
  • People who have had a tumour tissue sample (biopsy) taken, either at the trial hospital or elsewhere, with a written pathology report available
