Who might be able to join this trial:

• You have been diagnosed with cancer that has been confirmed through a tissue or cell sample test.
• You have cancer of the cervix, uterus, vagina, vulva, or urethra at a stage or situation where internal radiation implant treatment is appropriate (confirm with trial site for your specific stage or situation).
• You are 18 years of age or older.
• Your doctor expects you to live for more than 6 months.
• You are generally able to carry out daily activities and care for yourself, as assessed by your doctor.
• You have had an MRI scan of the pelvis or a PET-CT scan within the past 4 months before joining the trial.
• You have previously received radiation therapy or chemotherapy (this does not prevent you from joining).
• You are able to understand the study and are willing to sign a consent form agreeing to take part.

Who may not be able to join:

• You have a serious uncontrolled illness, such as an active infection, uncontrolled heart failure, unstable chest pain, irregular heartbeat, or a mental health or personal situation that would make it difficult to follow the study requirements.
• Your white blood cell count (specifically infection-fighting cells called neutrophils) is very low at the time of enrollment.
• You have a history of metal in your head or eyes.
