Who might be able to join this trial:

- People who do not have bladder cancer but are being considered for new bladder surgery for other reasons.
- People who have been diagnosed with another type of cancer within the past five years.
- People with long-term inflammatory conditions of the small intestine or large intestine, such as ulcerative colitis or intestinal tuberculosis.
- People whose bladder specialist (urologist) has determined that surgery to create a new bladder is not appropriate for their condition.
