Who might be able to join this trial:

• People aged 18 years or older
• People who have been diagnosed with bladder cancer (either the type that has not grown into the muscle wall, or the type that has grown into the muscle wall but was treated without removing the bladder, or has not yet been treated), with the diagnosis made within the past 24 months through a camera examination of the bladder
• People who have received additional treatment placed directly into the bladder after their main treatment (this is allowed but not required)
• People who are willing and able to sign a written consent form agreeing to take part
• People who are willing to attend regular check-up appointments (every 3 months for 2 years for higher-risk cases, or every 6–12 months for 2 years for lower-risk cases)

Who may not be able to join:

• People who have had their entire bladder surgically removed
• People who have had another type of cancer (not counting bladder cancer, or certain common skin cancers) within the past 3 years
• People who currently have an active urinary tract infection or difficulty emptying their bladder
• People who have active kidney stones or bladder stones, or whose kidneys are not working well enough (based on a blood test result; the blood test must be from within the past 60 days, otherwise a repeat test will be needed)
• People who have tubes or stents placed in their urinary system or bowel connections to the urinary tract (confirm with trial site)
• People who have had any procedure or instrument used in their urinary tract within 10 days before signing the consent form
• People who are unable or unwilling to attend the required follow-up appointments
