Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are 18 years of age or older
- People who have had microscopic blood in their urine (too small to see with the naked eye) recorded or reported within the last 3 months before joining the study
- People who are willing and able to sign a written consent form
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have a history of bladder cancer
- People who have a history of any other cancer (not including certain common types of skin cancer — basal cell or squamous cell skin cancer)
- People who currently have a known urinary tract infection or are unable to pass urine normally
- People who have active kidney stones or bladder stones, or have reduced kidney function (confirm with trial site)
- People who have ureteral stents, nephrostomy tubes, or bowel tissue used in the urinary tract (confirm with trial site)
- People who have had any recent procedures or instruments used in the urinary or genital area within the 10 days before signing the consent form
- People who are unable or unwilling to complete the required bladder and kidney investigations, which include a camera examination of the bladder and imaging of the upper urinary tract
