Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and your disability level is not severely advanced (below a certain score on a standard MS disability scale)
- You are between 18 and 70 years old (male or female)
- You are willing to have PET and MRI brain scans as part of the study
- You are willing and able to agree to participate by signing a consent form
Who may not be able to join:
- You have a serious mental health condition such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
- You have another known brain or nervous system condition, a previous significant head injury, or a history of substance abuse

- You have taken steroid (corticosteroid) medications within the past four weeks
