Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 14 or older
- People who have been diagnosed with Cushing's syndrome that is currently active or has been treated, where the cause is a tumor on the pituitary gland, a tumor in another part of the body (ectopic), or a tumor on the adrenal gland

Who may not be able to join:
- People whose Cushing's syndrome was caused by taking steroid medications or other medical treatments (known as iatrogenic Cushing's), rather than by a tumor or natural cause
